Important information!

“Foka SPA” are luxurious apartments located in a tourist village of Brzeće, 16 km away from Ski center of Kopaonik. At a distance of 600 meters you can find a two men chairlift Bela Reka that is available for most of the ski season for skiers as a connecting point with the main Kopaonik Ski Resort and the rest of the intricate system of ski slopes and lifts.

Due to our apartment’s modern looks, superior quality, and a high level of equipment, and particularly with additional facilities that we offer - supermarket, gym, ski storage and equipment hire (on site),spa and wellness center, indoor pool, a reception 08h until 22h, and a restaurant – many guests perceive Foka Spa as a high class hotel.

Transportation to the ski resort is organized three times per day.

Final cleaning of 15€ will be charged (in domestic currency)

Loud noise in the stairwell of the building and the apartments are prohibited.

Foka Spa, actually, is not a hotel, but a studio apartment venue / apart hotel. Due to this fact and nature of apartment accommodation, we wish for our esteemed guests to carefully read the following information below:

• - All guests, during their stay, are responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment;

• - Towels are changed every 4 days, and bedding every 7 days;
•  
• - Foka Spa has 25 free parking places, therefore you need to reserve one in advance;
•  
• - Prior to receiving the key to the apartment (check-in), a security deposit of 50€ is necessary for the purpose of protection against possible damage to or loss of the inventory. The deposit will be refunded at check out – if there is no damage;
•  
• - Loud noise in the hall way and in the studuios is forbiden as well as partying, celebrating and playing loud music. Loud noise will not be tolerated between 23pm and 8am at night and 14-17pm.
